Bonanza Produce is a wholesale produce distributor servicing all of Northern and Central Nevada as well as Northeastern California and as far south as the Mammoth area.
We do operate 3 locations; our main warehouse is in Sparks NV and is roughly 38,000 square feet with roughly 22,000 to 24,000 square feet under refrigeration with freezer capacity of roughly 11,000 square feet.
We also operate a full warehouse in Elko NV in which we service east to Wendover NV and north to Jackpot NV, also servicing Ely to the south.
We do operate offices in South Lake Tahoe where we also have warehouse capabilities where we do handle our Mammoth/Bishop and South Tahoe operations. Bonanza has been in Business since 1968, we are a corporation operating as John H. Burrows Inc. dba Bonanza Produce Co.
We are primarily a produce company first; however, with our large customer base and delivery areas we offer many diverse product lines such as eggs, beans, rice, salads, tortillas and oils, to name a few. Our customer base is truly diverse from the smallest restaurants and caters, to correctional facilities and school district lunch programs, to our very large casino property partners and corporate and chain national partners. We proudly maintain long term relationships with customers like; Outback Steakhouses, Denny’s, Washoe Schools, the Nevada and California Departments of Corrections, Peppermill properties, Ameristar properties, Silver Legacy and Eldorado casinos just to name a few.
We proudly maintain a third party audit full food safety and HAACP program, and are in constant contact with the FDA and Washoe County Health Department to constantly upgrade our approach to Food Safety.
